RapidTunnel Privacy Policy

Account model

RapidTunnel is designed to work without requiring a name, email address, phone number, password, or social login. Accounts are based on credentials generated in the app. The recovery phrase is the primary account credential and cannot be recovered by RapidTunnel staff if it is lost.

Information used to operate the service

RapidTunnel stores the minimum account, session, purchase, entitlement, and tunnel assignment information needed to provide the VPN service, validate purchases, restore subscriptions, and prevent duplicate or invalid redemptions.

Payments

When subscriptions are purchased through the App Store, Apple processes the purchase. RapidTunnel receives App Store transaction data needed to validate the purchase and grant subscription access.

Tunnel activity

RapidTunnel does not store identifiable tunnel browsing or activity logs. Operational records are limited to the information needed to provide access, maintain service reliability, and protect customer isolation.

Security

RapidTunnel does not log WireGuard private keys, session secrets, account credentials, or API credentials. Secrets are used only where required to authenticate, validate purchases, or operate the service.

Data sharing

RapidTunnel does not sell personal data. Data is shared only where needed to operate the service, process App Store subscriptions, comply with law, or protect the service from abuse.
